The challenge
Make specific local knowledge trustworthy and easy to use.
Utah’s independent fabric and quilting community was scattered across outdated lists, social pages, and search results. Basic details—whether a shop was still open, what services it offered, and when the information was checked—were hard to trust.

The approach
Start with the information architecture, then design around the answer.
- Build one structured source of truth for stores, locations, services, guilds, events, and verification dates.
- Generate dedicated store, city, county, and service pages automatically from that data.
- Make uncertainty visible: missing details stay missing, older sources are labeled, and every verified listing carries a date.
